Tony Chahal is the Founder of Resolute Real Estate, Inc. where he serves as the Managing Broker and President. In that role, Mr. Chahal is responsible for the company”s mission, vision, and day-to-day operations. Mr. Chahal”s goal is to facilitate the company”s expansion by recruiting and hiring real estate agents in both the commercial and residential arena of the real estate market. After Resolute had a relatively quick path to profitability and healthy revenue growth, Resolute was approached by BHG Mason-McDuffie to do a joint-venture partnership in their Antioch office. Mr. Chahal successfully led Resolute in a joint-venture merger with BHG Mason-McDuffie in 2013. In that role, Tony was Broker-Owner and President of Business Development of the Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie Antioch office. He led an office of 50 real estate professionals and was tasked with market share expansion in East County. Tony had successful exit and sold the company in 2017.

Mr. Chahal was formerly an associate at Prudential California Realty where he grew and expanded his real estate business on a yearly basis. He represented several types of clients—ranging from development companies to individual investors to home buyer and sellers—in the successful acquisition and sale of properties in the Bay Area. Prior to that, Mr. Chahal was the Business Development Manager at Zip Realty, Inc. where he increased company revenue through successful partnerships. His high level of success was further propelled once he enhanced and developed a new recruiting platform that was effectively adopted by the company after receiving high acclaim from the executive team. Furthermore, as a Business Development Manager at Zip Realty, he helped coached, train, and manage real estate agents to enhance their business.
